Fantastic service! I recently bought a Moustache e-bike from Spoke and Motor at a very good price which included personal delivery by Stuart from Suffolk to the Lake District ..... on a Sunday! Thorough hand over and great support afterwards. I thoroughly recommend.

I have been debating a bike for a while now and I have now bought two e-bikes from Spoke and Motor today, a Riese & Müller and a Moustache bike. I want to say, even though it took me a while to make my decision—"months"—Stuart was excellent from beginning to end. The main reason I feel this was a great buying experience is that Stuart never pressure-sold the bikes and was always willing and ready to help; and more to the point, if you decide not to purchase, he understands how big a purchase e-bikes are. The handover was fantastic—nothing too much trouble—and all questions were answered. I asked for next-day delivery, and Stuart made it happen. Great experience, great handover, and amazing bikes. I would recommend them to anyone. I have had a few dealings in the past with "FC" (another e-bike seller), and it was appalling. Great stuff, thank you, Stuart. The first thing il say this is NOT a paid review but an honest one based on my recent visit to Spoke and Motor.The reason for my visit was my EMTB (Simplon Rapcon Pinion MGU) needed its first service.Rob and Stuart made me feel at ease straight away not only with there friendly approach and professionalism but their whole attitude.The service went well and with ease all updates were put on the bike and a full diagnostic report was printed for records and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them if you want work on your bike and not hesitate to get in touch . These two gentlemen are now my go to bike mechanics for my trusty steed,and on a personal note a big thank you both for the work carried out on my bike as I know it is in safe hands. .All the best Sean 🚵

If you're looking for a quality E-Bike then these guys will have your requirements in mind first and foremost. On arriving at the shop we discussed which bikes that were of interest to me and which discipline. On this occasion I took a cycle out for a test ride and was immediately hooked not only by the E-bike performance but also the quality and build of the cycle. Back at the shop I spoke to Stuart and discussed the finer points of the machine, ie the smart system and battery power etc. I agreed to purchase the bike and we mutually agreed a delivery date. The delivery is carried out by the company itself as to avoid any damage by using couriers and was duly delivered the following week. The bike was then set up Inc shocks and saddle height in my home and was an all round first class service. In today's world it made a refreshing change to find a company that still genuinely cares for their customers. If you want a quickly slung together bike, with inferior components, don't come here. If you want quality and service, Stuart and his team at Spoke and Motor are the real deal. Cheers gentlemen. Lee.

Called in a few weeks ago to look at bikes, I Spoke to Stuart who gave a great explanation of all the featuers, took the bike for a test ride around Bens Yard. Did not decide to buy at the time but have just been back to colect my Samedi Trail 10 and am very happy with the service received. Highly reccomend them.

I was able to test drive all the bikes I liked and had great advice and guidance about which one would suit my requirements. Customer service was ideal, no pushy sales and responsive follow up. I’m really happy with my bike thank you.

I received great service from Spoke & Motor at the Bury St Edmunds store. I emailed my enquiry, received a quick reply and a phone call. Due to a permanent knee injury I arranged to test an e-bike to take away the strain of going uphill! On arrival Craig was very helpful and friendly. He listened to my requirements and showed me a couple of bikes explaining the differences. I settled on testing the Samedi 28-7 and off I went to Nowton Park. It was a very smooth ride and after testing the different levels up to turbo in a large field I set off on a trail ride. I decided it was the one! 2 days later it was delivered to my house by Stuart. He was also very helpful and friendly explaining a bit more about the bike and answering all my questions. Thank you both, excellent service (a rarity these days!) and an excellent solid e-bike…my first! I would thoroughly recommend Spoke & Motor and the Moustache brand :)

Saw a fantastic bike on the web, emailed and booked a test ride. Craig could not have been nicer and said to test ride for as long and as far as I liked. I only went 14 miles, but was smitten after about 3. There was no judgement about buying an e-bike, I have a long standing back issue so need a little help on longer hills and just ‘being fitter’ isn’t cutting it. The bike does not look like an ebike, which is very attractive to me, and it has a good battery size for a bit more range. We arranged delivery and Spoke & Motor sorted one of the nicest bike purchases I have ever had. I would recommend this business to anyone buying an e-bike. If I could give more than 5*, I would.

Really pleased with the customer experience, it was a slow burn as I took 3 months to decide and visited several times. The bike itself is incredibly good, in a different league to anything else I’ve seen.

A great experience buying our bike, I originally tried these a month or so ago and wanted my wife to try one. We were allowed to try several and take them out for a test run. These are well made, solid bikes but great fun to ride and I hope we’ll get many years enjoyment from it - and who knows I may be back for one for me! Team were extremely helpful and answered all our questions and home delivery was brilliant! October update - two months later I’ve had to go back to Spoke and Motor and get my own eBike! My wife is enjoying hers so much and finding it very helpful in getting up the hills, the only problem was she was having to wait for me at the top - no more! Went back and saw Craig and took a couple of bikes out to re-test, ended up buying one and delivery was very quick and a great handover from Stuart - thank you. After sales service has been great and they are always just a call away. Well done to you for the service.
