An Orbea is a precision instrument. To get the best out of it, the setup has to be spot on. When you order your Orbea from us, we don’t just "post it”.

Our certified technicians will fully assemble your bike, update the firmware to the latest version, and set the bike up to your required specifications. We then personally deliver the bike to your door. We’ll take the time to set the suspension SAG where necessary, show you how to use the app to customise your power levels, and ensure the bike is ready to ride before we leave.
