When you buy a Haibike from us, our certified technicians perform a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection. We then personally deliver the bike to your home fully assembled and

ready to ride. We explain how the bike works, we’ll set the suspension SAG to suit you and we answer any technical (and non-technical!) questions you have.
