Contact-free Delivery and Handover

It’s an exciting day when you take delivery of your new e-bike. To make sure you’re happy with your purchase and ready to get going with your bike, we do things a little bit differently at Spoke and Motor. We personally deliver the bike to your door, show you around your new e-bike, answer all of your questions, and leave you feeling confident and raring to go.

Here’s what to expect from our delivery and handover process:


Following your online order or pre-order, we will contact you, confirm the details of your purchase and arrange a date for your contact-free home delivery and handover.

Prior to delivering your e-bike to you, we will carry out a thorough PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection). Our technicians inspect every aspect of your bike and ensure that it is fully operational, clean and charged. We also ensure that any accessories that you ordered are fitted and working perfectly.

We deliver 7 days a week between 8am-8pm across mainland UK and ensure that all Government guidelines are adhered to.


Your new e-bike will be delivered by a friendly Spoke and Motor representative who will contact you when he/she is roughly one hour away. It will have plenty of charge in it and will be ready-to-ride.

You won’t need to unpack any boxes, assemble anything or read any instructions – your bike will be in full working order and our representative will talk you through everything you need to know. They will explain the service schedule and recommended pre-ride maintenance checks. They’ll adjust the seat height to suit you and will answer any questions you might have.

Before you sign the delivery documents, you’ll be encouraged to inspect your e-bike thoroughly and to check the make, model and specification to ensure it matches with your order.

Once you’re happy with everything, our representative will ask you to sign the delivery documents and leave you to enjoy your new bike. However, as one of our customers, we will continue to provide you with unrivalled, ongoing support and servicing.

We do our best to make the whole purchase, delivery and handover experience as enjoyable as the bikes themselves.

Please note: For some locations in Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands such as Dundee (DD), Inverness (IV), Aberdeen (AB), Perth (PH), Oban (PA), Greenock (PA) Stranraer (DG) and Skye (IV) a delivery/handover charge of up to £300 may be applicable.
